Message	As far as those two... The cara ones look like good gaskets. As far as choosing, Orem ones work just fine on some of the highest horsepower Z's out there. and in my opinion, stay away from cometic unless you are willing to do a few hours work to polish the mating surfaces of the block and heads. even then, certain guys that build a lot of these motors don't like the cometic gaskets.
